LaTeX Support for NetBeans

Introduction

The LaTeX support for NetBeans allows convenient creation of LaTeX documents in the NetBeans IDE.

  • \cite{} argument (parses BiBTeX file)
• "javadoc" help on LaTeX commands

• BiBTeX support

• refactoring: find usages, rename

Requirements

• NetBeans IDE 5.0
• JDK1.5 or latex (JDK1.4.x will not work)
• A supported LaTeX distribution and Ghostscript

Installation

The LaTeX support for NetBeans has a specialized Update Center. Please download this module, install it into the IDE through Tools/Update Center and update the remaining modules from the LaTeX's update center.
